EXPECTED DA FROM JULY 2015′ IS FINALIZED AS HIKE BY 6%.
AICPIN For The Month Of June 2015 – Expected DA July 2015 Finalized
3 Points increased and pegged at 261.
As per the press release of Labour Bureau today, the All India Consumer Price Index (IW) is increased by three points from the existing level and stands at 261.
So, ‘Expected DA from July 2015′ is finalized as hike by 6%.

7 CPC Report is expected to be submitted on or before 14th August 2015
Expected Date for Submission of 7th Pay Commission Report and its important recommendations – Sources
The 7th pay commission has been given 18 months’ time from date of its constitution to make its recommendation. Hence the tentative date for submission of Report will be 30th August 2015.
According to the Sources the important Points of the Pay Commission’s Recommendations are ..
1. There will be no running Pay band and Grade Pay System
2. The uniform multiplication factor for arriving revised pay will be 2.863. The Pay scales will be open ended to avoid stagnation in the scales4. The Minimum Pay will be Rs. 210005. The CCA will be separated into two components as it was in the fifth CPC6. Percentage of HRA will remain same.7. The Criteria for retirement age will be either completion of 33 Years of service or at the age of 60 Years whichever is earlier.8. CGEGIS Insurance Coverage and Monthly premium will be increased9. Classification of Posts will be Modified10. The 7th Pay Commission recommendation will be implemented with effects from 1.1.2016.
Further ,the sources told that the Committee of Secretaries will be appointed to study the report and analyze the financial implications upon implementation of 7th pay commission recommendation. An ally of NCJCM Staff Side told that the Staff Side also will be invited by the third week of September 2015 by this Committee before giving its final nod for approval for this Recommendation.

ATAL PENSION YOJANA – BENEFITS AND FEATURES
1. Anybody in the age group of 18-40 years can join !!
2. You can choose your pension plan from Rs 1,000/- to Rs 5,000/- per month.
3. Your contribution depends on your age and the pension plan you choose!
4. You can be a member of any existing PF/Pension scheme such as EPF/PPF/Govt. pension and still join APY!
5. You can be an Income tax payer and still join APY.
6. For (4) and (5) above, Govt. Co-contribution is not available but Govt. guarantee for pension will be available!
7. Govt. Co-contribution of 50% of subscribers’ contribution or Rs 1,000/- per annum, whichever is lower will be available for five years only to subscribers joining by 31st December 2015.

LOAN CONDITION ON PLI
- Loan is admissible on Whole Life Assurance (WLA), Endowment Assurance (EA) and Convertible Whole Life Assurance (CWLA) policies.
- Currency of policy should be minimum of 3 years in case of EA and CWLA.
- Currency of policy should be minimum of four years in case of WLA.
- Policy should be unencumbered/ unassigned.
Loan Limit:
(a) Whole Life Assurance

(b) Endowment Assurance and Convertible Whole Life Assurance

- Insurant should apply on LI-35 (loan application) and send to nearest CPC (at any HPO) along with policy document and premium receipt book or PDOC. Second and subsequent loan is admissible. (can be availed any time after repayment of previous loan)
- Second and subsequent loan is admissible after a year if the first loan is fully repaid.
- Loan interest @ 10% p.a is calculated on six monthly basis.

Postal Assistant Exam now through of SSC CHSL (Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam)
Friends..Good News. From this year onwards Postal/Sorting Assistant Exam (PA/SA Exam) will be part of Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam. Department of Post has decided to conduct the exam through SSC and Gazette Notification in this regard was issued on 21 May 2015. Till now, for the last 02 years exam was conducted through a private company called CMC Limited and there were lot of complaints regarding the conduct of examination. Malpractices were detected at many Circles and Re-Exams are now being held in those Circles. In view of candidates it’s a welcome move because now onwards you have to prepare for one less exam every year. SSC CHSL + Postal Assistant Exam Preparation now onwards at one go.
Notification for SSC CHSL 2015 is expected today (12 June 2015) or tomorrow (13 June 2015). It is expected that Postal Assistant Exam 2015 will also be part of this year's notification. Let's wait and See. More details in this regard will be posted soon.
